My marriage crumbled and ended in divorce because I was too tired and stressed to be a good husband when I got home.

1 hour each 5x per week.
How many times do I eat per day?

But an average day will have at least 5 eating sessions.
What do I do if I go out? Can I still eat at restaurants?

If you’re going out to eat, send me a message and I’ll help you adjust your meal plan to eat foods that keep you on track.
What kind of food will I be eating?
The main focus for the custom nutrition protocol I’ll send to you will be on foods that make you feel good.

What if I have to travel? Will this program still work for me?
